“I have been a patient here for various treatments over the years, and the level of care I have received recently has been truly life-changing. They care for you throughtout the years with consistency that I need so much. I want to specifically highlight Elizabeth Biggins, Christina, Juliana, and Jorge. Because of their dedication, expertise, and compassion, I am finally feeling like myself again and can actually see myself going back to work and fully living my life. Additionally, the scheduling issues I experienced a couple of years ago have completely resolved—booking appointments is now seamless and easy. “This place is wonderful if you require basic treatment. Medication, therapy and Spravato all handled by the same group is nice and convenient but it only works if everyone is communicating with each other. This sadly is no longer the case. An establishment that offers Spravato should be prepared to handle trauma and crisis support, but sadly they are not. When my wife was in crisis we were ambushed by the doctor over concerns of missed appointment cost, not the fact that one of their patients has informed them for weeks about the crisis. Her therapist was also NOT informed of her situation even after requesting that they reach out to her. Spravoto is not to be taken lightly and is only an approved treatment when other treatments have failed. I tried 6 antidepressants to show that antidepressants no longer worked on me and I will say that Spravato is a life changer. Once the depression started lifting I was able to work on the causes of the depression. This is the point where you most need the support of a good team of doctors and therapist and communication and trust are the key. This is sadly where they drop the ball. The response of "we are not a crisis center, maybe you should go to the hospital if it is bad" is not what you want to hear during a crisis from your doctor. This is something new, as when I was in crisis years ago they had a full list of options and outpatient care facilities to help me through the difficult time. Me and my wife will be taking our mental health needs elsewhere. I still greatly believe in the effectiveness of Spravato, but sadly the cavalier attitude left me with the impression that the focus is on profit over people.”

“I have struggled with depression, anxiety, ptsd, and tried 5 different medications with wild side effects.. I found out about NueroSpa Therapy, but was a little apprehensive about it at first. During my first session, I met with Dr. Upshaw, he explained TMS thoroughly to me & answered all my concerns, questions pertaining to TMS, benefits to life. As a fulltime caregiver to twins, a Mom to a busy toddler, a homeschool teacher, an active duty wife, a 1:2 day nurse to my twins~ responsible for taking my twins to and from appts & therapies every other day, I TRULY APPRECIATE NueroSpa's flexibility in scheduling to accommodate you! Dr. Upshaw check in on my progress on Wednesday, and answers any questions about about the care you are getting.
